“We had ten decks that needed work badly. They were in various stages of disrepair. They had been restored at different times by different companies with different products. Some were painted, some where stained. We felt that it was important to hire a company that would be up to the task of restoring the decks to a uniform and professional quality. We engaged in a comprehensive bidding process. Ben understood head and shoulders above the other bidders. His credentials were in order, his references excellent. Moreover, we inspected a few of his past projects and spoke in depth with his more than satisfied customers. With respect to our project, his knowledge of products and process were impeccable. Each and every one of the 10 home owners where very happy with the work, which was no easy outcome, given the wide diversity of personalities and expectations in our homeowners association.
